Chicken & Gruyere Melt + Cappuccino

Classified as a Hot Tartine, this item is HOT fo' sure. Staying true to its name, just looking at it makes you melt:
The shimmering gruyere drapped over the chicken
A touch of mustard over the bread with dropplets of Kalamata olives
The crisp taste of cornichon and arugula
...Mmm Mmm Mmm
Top it all off with an enticing bowl cup of cappuccino so foamy and smooth you can swim in it.

Tucked away in a small downtown Toronto sushi spot is the Japango Maki:
Charred scallops and salmon on top...OMG!!!
Crab, avocado and cucumber filling...Yes!!
Served with roe and special sauce...Hell ya!
Pop the whole thing in your mouth, it's just the right size.
Hot on the top & cool on the bottom, that perfect charred
